All time, all around favorite shoe: Brooks Glycerin 22.

This is a neutral shoe that will accommodate your orthotics while balancing

support and shock absorbing.

For narrow, pronated feet these are great options:

Need a wide toe box because you have hammertoes/bunions?

Are you Diabetic or just need extra-depth and maximum support?

High arches?

On a tight budget but need maximum support?

Neuropathy friendly shoe gear

*** Of note ***

1) Sneakers don’t really care about gender—it's all about fit, function, and personal style. Many so-called "men’s" and "women’s" sneakers are nearly identical in structure, with differences often limited to sizing and sometimes colorways or branding. If a shoe supports your stride, feels good, supports your foot issues and makes you feel like you want to be active, it’s yours to wear ***

2) If you are having foot pain, refrain from walking shoes and wear running shoes (yes, even if you are not a runner!)
